I have had the pleasure of working with creative professionals and entrepreneurs who struggle with depression, anxiety, interpersonal difficulties, acculturation difficulties, career concerns, and identity issues. My goal as a therapist is to help my clients achieve the best version of themselves. I typically use cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based techniques. However, I strongly believe that the effectiveness of therapy lies in the therapeutic relationship. I view therapy as a collaborative effort between the client and the therapist.
