MULTICULTURALLY-FOCUSED
MINDFULNESS-BASED THERAPY
For Individuals and Couples

We are a boutique therapy group with a diverse team of multiculturally-focused therapists. We can help you succeed at college and beyond by using the proven effectiveness of mindfulness-based therapy. You will learn new ways of relating to yourself and your life, and more effective coping skills, to better handle the stress of college and other life changes.

We provide in-person sessions in our beautiful, serene NYC office in Lower Manhattan, perfect for college students who are new to the city and feeling overwhelmed. Our online therapy sessions are available across New York State. If you are struggling with life transitions, identity issues, experiences of discrimination or cultural challenges, stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, time management, perfectionism and/or loneliness, our straight, queer, BIPOC, and white therapists are LGBTQIA+ affirming and multiculturally sensitive.

We’re right here, ready to help you handle your emotions and develop the skills and resources you need to succeed with meaning and purpose in your outer life – while learning to enrich your inner life in the process.
