Many individuals and families I work with feel overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, trauma, parenting stress, or major life transitions. I specialize in anxiety disorders, OCD, and trauma treatments. Some are navigating acute trauma or suicidal thoughts that require specialty care and close outpatient support, with the goal of stabilizing safely and reducing the need for emergency room visits when appropriate.
