Seity, LLC provides counseling and supervision as a telehealth group practice based in Longmont, Colorado. Seity comes from Latin roots and means ‘to see oneself.’ We are dedicated to helping you see yourself more clearly, both in your individuality and how you fit into your community.

Jessica:
You are worthy as you are – an imperfect human who is willing to open your heart for your own health and wellbeing. I don't believe there is such a thing as being "fully healed," because that suggests it's possible for you to be broken. There are, however, always new pieces of yourself to discover and you don’t have to do this alone. I believe that where there is willingness, there is hope. I have a deep passion for the natural world and believe humans can be physically and emotionally healthier when they’re connected to the environment. My approach can incorporate traditional psychotherapy with nature-based interventions. I value creating a safe space for you to explore your emotions and can guide and support you through life’s challenges.

Alesia:
Being of service and offering a compassionate and empathetic ear is what I was put on this Earth to do. As we move toward accepting our reality, finding
our dreams, and growing into the healthiest version of ourselves, we can learn to find our basic values and develop our self-worth, dignity, and purpose. I
believe you have the capacity for awareness and joy. I aim to facilitate a safe place for you to begin self-exploration so that you may identify your own
strengths and take tangible steps toward your goals. I approach the therapeutic relationship as an opportunity to not only listen and understand your
experience but also to share information with you that is relevant and meaningful. Whether you need support for yourself or your family, I'm here.
