Do you want to be listened to without criticism, judgment, or feelings of rejection? Most people do! But do you desire something more? When most people enter therapy, what they often truly desire is change. I want to help you achieve whatever solutions and life changes you are seeking while enjoying the process as much as possible. Simply said, I don’t believe therapy has to always be a painful thing. Calling a therapist can be intimidating, but I hope you will take a moment (and maybe even a deep breath) to reach out and see how I can help.

Life is too short to feel like you can’t measure up, let trauma control your relationships, or be anxious/angry all the time. I want you to be free of emotional pain, able to deal with life on life’s terms, and to find meaning & purpose in work, family, friendships, spirituality, and all other life areas.

Since 2009, teenagers & adults have worked with me to deal with issues that are no joke. Beyond doing talk therapy, I have specialized training in EMDR & Brainspotting, which specializes in treating issues related to trauma, PTSD, anxiety, loss and insecurities often more quickly than traditional talk-therapies. Online Telehealth/Video sessions available.
