If you're feeling overwhelmed by everything all at once, school, work, relationships, the pressure to "figure things out," you’re not alone. Transitions in your 20s can bring a mix of excitement, confusion, and burnout. You might be constantly second-guessing yourself, struggling to focus, or feeling stuck in patterns that don’t make sense but are hard to break. Therapy can be a space to understand what’s actually going on, and how to make changes that last.

I'm Sean, a licensed therapist, and I help young adults work through depression, anxiety, ADHD, trauma, and difficult life transitions. Many of my clients come to me feeling emotionally exhausted, like they’re carrying more than they can name. We work together to uncover the root causes of that distress and build a sense of clarity, confidence, and self-trust.

My approach blends reflection with action. I use psychodynamic therapy to help you make sense of the emotional patterns beneath the surface. Parts work and mindfulness help you reconnect with what you’re feeling, especially when stress, trauma, or perfectionism have made you disconnect just to get through the day. I also integrate CBT and acceptance & commitment therapy (ACT) tools to challenge unhelpful thoughts and strengthen your ability to stay grounded when things feel chaotic.

This isn’t about just “coping better.” It’s about creating space to feel what you feel, process what you’ve been through, and move toward a life that feels more like yours. Whether you’re dealing with relationship anxiety, chronic stress, or pressure to be perfect, we can explore what’s driving those patterns and build tools that actually help.

Therapy with me is collaborative, grounded, and direct in a supportive way. I’m not here to fix you. I’m here to support you as you get to know yourself more deeply, interrupt cycles of self-blame, and reconnect with the parts of you that know how to keep going, but are tired of doing it alone.

I became a therapist because I’ve seen how powerful it is when someone feels truly seen, especially in moments when they doubt their worth or their path forward. Those are the moments where real change begins.

If you're ready to explore how therapy can help you move through the stuck places, I’m here. No pressure. Just a conversation, when you’re ready.
