Welcome.

My name is Sean, and I talk with people every day. Topics range, but we often end up talking about what it is that makes us feel lost or incomplete.

My licenses are held in both mental health counseling and marriage and family therapy (with a degree focused in relational counseling), though my deeper background is in music. That summarizes how I understand humans best - I see unmet needs, and struggling relationships with those we need most often at the heart of what makes life most difficult; and through a lens that is hopefully a bit musical.

We are built to deal with pain, not with suffering. No one is an island. If you feel as though something is missing, or simply long for something you may not even be able to describe, I very much hope to meet you.
