When we get so wrapped up in our heads, we miss out on what's available to us right now in the present moment. I know there are days when you feel like giving up, but I think it's very brave that you are here and are taking the first step in getting the help YOU deserve. I'm YOUR teammate and will never pass judgment, always offering you comfort and support.
