Prior to changing my profession 10 years ago to become a therapist, I was in the IT field in highly demanding organizations. I took the leap to become a therapist because of the deeply rewarding process of assisting students and their significant others learn how to manage their anxiety, OCD, phobias, mood challenges and insomnia utilizing practical, warm evidence based trauma informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and ERP. In addition to these issues, I offer a safe space to explore interpersonal and career challenges utilizing an integrative, supportive perspective that respects each individual's history and needs, rather than a one size fits all perspective.
