Scotilla Psychological Services offers doctoral-level behavioral healthcare options for psychological assessment, consultation and psychotherapy across the clinical, forensic and addiction fields with licensure in both NY and PA.
Scott J. Scotilla is licensed as a doctoral level psychologist in both PA and NY with advanced certification as an addictions professional. All sessions are available as virtual sessions with Tuesdays in State College, PA as the only in-person sessions. Speciality areas include: ADHD, multiple types of anxiety and depression, anger reactivity issues, and all types of addiction recovery.
INSURANCE: AETNA, Highmark BLUE CROSS/BLUE SHIELD, UPMC, and AmBetter as well as their partner insurance plans. Please check with your own insurance to verify that our practice is covered as "in-network." Our clients with other insurance simply pay for their sessions at the time of delivery (fee for service), then they are given an insurance super-bill style receipt suitable to submit to their own insurer to seek reimbursement.
