Welcome to our clinical psychotherapy group! We are a group of 7 clinicians working with young people to support mental health and healing. We specialize in adolescent and young adult populations addressing anxiety, depression, suicidal thinking, self-harm behaviors, disordered eating, substance misuse, family system challenges, stress, social anxiety and more. We are trained in CBT, DBT and Trauma treatment. We use these skills to support an active interpersonal therapeutic relationship. We want to support you to become the person you're meant to be.
