Group practice
Last Updated 30+ days ago

Provider Types

This is a group practice with multiple providers, including:

  • Art Therapists
  • Clinical Social Work/Therapists
  • Counselors
  • Licensed Mental Health Counselors
  • Music Therapists

We offer trauma-focused strengths-based therapy to individuals, caregivers, and families.

When working with children, families will be engaged in play therapy sessions to encourage bonding, communication, and growth.

With adolescents and adults, using CBT techniques, we will focus on replacing negative thinking with positive self-talk and adapting positive coping mechanisms.

Through Somatic Experiencing techniques, we can tap into physical and emotional symptoms associated with trauma -- locked into the body -- and guide you into identifying and utilizing the innate healing capacity in your body.
