I invite folks of any background and life experience to this work who may be navigating issues like anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, relationships, and identity. I embrace an intersectional Systems approach which understands there are many factors outside us heavily impacting our overall wellness. I support clients of all abilities, genders, race, sexual orientation, and more.

My aim as a therapist is to help you navigate the joy and messiness that comes with being human, to unravel the challenges encountered in everyday living and in relationships, and empower you to grow towards lasting healing.
