My name is Sascha and I am a pre-licensed mental health counselor in Massachusetts. I completed my Master's of Education in Counseling at Boston University along with my undergraduate degree from the University of Connecticut. I have experience with individuals facing depression, anxiety, ADHD, and Autism Spectrum Disorder. I provide a warm and welcoming space to explore your individual experiences and help activate your strengths. I would like to help you explore different sources of stress or challenges you may be facing, and we can work together to help recognize your values and achieve your goals.
