Accepting clients Last Updated 24 days ago

I am a trauma-informed therapist who works with adult clients in individual therapy. I have a special heart for working with individuals who struggle with boundary issues, codependency, self-esteem, and shame. I also work with survivors of narcissistic/emotional/spiritual abuse; clients with ADHD/ASD; and those with relational/attachment trauma through abuse and neglect in their family of origin. I utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities to fit the unique needs of each client. I have a knack for making connections in a client's story and help clients see patterns in their life that may contribute to their struggles. I offer an empathetic and relational approach with gentle challenges to support my clients to reach their treatment goals.

I see clients from many cultural backgrounds but if needed, I can offer counseling in Korean. I also see clients with all religious backgrounds but can offer my expertise with clients going through faith deconstruction or are in need of faith-based Christian counseling with a biblical worldview.
