Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a clinician who draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and behavioral skills training in my work. I’m known for being warm, direct, and real in sessions—I try to bring a mix of humor, compassion, and honesty to the therapy space. I'm especially interested in helping students build psychological flexibility, whether you're dealing with a health challenge, questioning aspects of your identity, or just trying to navigate the ups and downs of college life.
Before becoming a therapist, I was a professional triathlete and a two-time Olympian, representing Team USA in the 2012 and 2016 Olympic Games. I still race in Ironman-distance triathlons, and that experience has shaped the way I think about mental and physical health, performance, and recovery.
I know what it’s like to perform under pressure, face setbacks, and keep going through tough moments—whether that’s in sport, academics, or life in general. I’m here to help you figure out what matters most to you and how to keep moving toward it, even when things get hard.
