I’m a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor Associate (LCMHCA) offering virtual sessions to all residents in NC and in-person on Tuesdays and Wednesdays in Raleigh. I work with adults (18+) who are navigating anxiety disorders, neurodivergence, relationships, and trauma.
My approach is client-centered, emphasizing authenticity and empathetic understanding, mixed in with a variety of skills tailored to fit your needs. I particularly enjoy working with young adults who are trying to figure out who they are away from all the external pressures and influences.
I believe in building a trusting and genuine therapeutic relationship with my clients, working together as a team to navigate life’s ups, downs, and everything in-between. I’m committed to providing an empowering, trauma-informed, LGBTQ+ affirming, anti-racist, pro-equality space where everyone feels seen, valued, and heard.
