Has something terrible happened recently, like an assault, an accident, or a sudden loss? Is being away from home bringing up things from the past that you thought were behind you? Are you struggling to focus, keep up with assignments, or sleep through the night without nightmares? Maybe it feels hard just to leave your dorm or show up at all. Being in college can feel overwhelming, especially if you’re carrying the weight of something painful.

I specialize in trauma therapy for college students who are ready for support but don’t want to spend every session rehashing what happened. We’ll use tools that help your mind and body feel calmer, even when it’s hard to talk about it. The kind of therapy I offer helps rewire the brain, which can change how your trauma affects you, how you feel about yourself, and how you experience the world around you. I’m an inclusive therapist who welcomes students of all identities and backgrounds. You’ll be met as you are, without judgment.

If any of this sounds familiar, reach out for a free consultation. We’ll talk through what you’re looking for and see if it feels like a good fit.
