Then there are the nights when it’s 4 a.m. and you’re wide awake with anxiety, even though you have a test in the morning.

You came to college wanting to move forward. But it’s hard to feel like you’re moving forward when things from your childhood keep pulling you back.

I help adults across Pennsylvania and Delaware who are struggling with how childhood trauma is affecting them now, including complex trauma and PTSD related to childhood experiences.

I use EMDR therapy, which can help you work through past experiences without having to talk about them in depth. Sessions are 75 minutes, which gives us more time to check in, focus on you, and ease back into your day.
