Sarah Sarsfield, MA, Resident in Counseling
Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life already feels busy or heavy. I work with college students who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress/burnout, relationship challenges, and big life changes. My goal is to create a collaborative and supportive space where you don’t have to figure things out alone. Together we can understand those underlying or nagging feelings that something just isn't right. We can also gently explore and address unwanted behaviors or patterns you find yourself stuck in and struggling to get out of. We'll work together not to judge your life's difficulties, but instead to understand them and make small changes as needed.
