- Counselors
I work to cultivate a non-judgmental environment where vulnerability is seen as courage and it is safe to share your pain. My hope is that you can connect more deeply with yourself and others. I want to give all my clients the experience of being loved, seen, and validate in their pain.
I have experience working with a diverse range of individuals, families, adolescents, and couples. I like helping people work through trauma, grief, anxiety, and depression. My training in Emotionally Focused Therapy serves as a foundation for my work with couples and families.
The counseling process is a sacred space that I am honored to be a part of. I am continually amazed by the beauty and resilience that arises, even in the most painful spots. It takes incredible courage to reach out, but I hope you do! Together we can work towards healing.
