You feeling safe, seen, heard, validated, belonging & empowered is when therapy can be most successful. I remember the stressors both personally & academically I experienced during undergrad & grad school. Perhaps you feel ready to finally heal past trauma as you prepare for post college life. Perhaps you are struggling to balance work, school, social & family life. Maybe your family is a heavy stressor or you struggle in relationships with others. Perhaps you are overwhelmed when thinking about your future. Maybe you have let go of self care practices & want to feel healthier in mind, body & spirit & a greater sense of confidence & self worth. I have a strong background in trauma therapy, solution & strengths focused approaches & like to weave in elements of mindfulness, vision boards, positive affirmations & other creative modalities into traditional talk therapy. Feeling a connection & building a trusted relationship with your therapist is important. “Every time you take care of yourself, you are taking care of all of us” Elena Brower
