Many of the students I work with share a common feeling: they’ve had to grow up fast. Maybe they’ve carried the weight of other people’s emotions, struggled to set boundaries, or found themselves overthinking everything just to stay safe or keep the peace. You might look like you’re doing “fine,” but inside you’re tired of holding it all together.

In our sessions, you don’t have to perform or be perfect. Together, we’ll unpack old patterns that no longer serve you and make space for a version of you that feels grounded, confident, and at peace. My approach is straightforward, compassionate, and down-to-earth, just real conversation about what’s been hard and how to move forward.

If you’ve ever felt like the “responsible one,” the “fixer,” or someone who’s always taking care of others first, therapy can be a chance to finally focus on you. Healing is possible, and you don’t have to do it alone.
