Psychologist, PhD, LCP
Last Updated 59 days ago

I provide compassionate and evidence-based therapy to treat a range of mental health concerns in older teens and young adults. I specialize in treating depression, including suicidal thoughts, self-harm, trauma and stress, and co-occurring anxiety. I also enjoy working with folks who have difficulties controlling their anger and emotions which may have led to problems in their life, including tantrums/meltdowns, arguments, aggression, relationship problems, loneliness, and unhealthy coping skills.

I help clients learn skills to thrive in their lives using a validating and direct approach. I enjoy using DBT and CBT, and I use a strengths-based approach in my therapy to tailor evidence-based treatments to meet the individual needs of each client. Together, we will create individualized treatment plans that will result in meaningful changes in your life.

Taking the first step to improve your mental health can be tough. You are so strong for being here! If you are looking for support, I would love to discuss how my therapy approach can fit your needs. I am LGBTQIA+ and neurodiverse affirming and welcome discussions around these identities in our sessions!
