Life is beautiful - and sometimes it breaks your heart before showing you why. If you’re dealing with grief, burnout, anxiety, or the pressure of always being “the strong one,” you don’t have to figure it out alone. I work with adults and college students who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck; whether that’s from past experiences, low self-confidence, substance use, or the emotional weight of caring for others. My style is relaxed, real, and supportive; therapy with me feels like an honest conversation, not a lecture. Together, we focus on practical ways to manage big emotions, quiet negative self-talk, set healthier boundaries, and reconnect with who you are. I became a therapist because I’ve been in dark places too; and now I help light the way forward. If you’re ready to breathe a little easier and start again, I’d be honored to walk beside you.
