"The quality of our relationship determines the quality of our lives." --Esther Perel.
Whether you want to focus on your first (and most impactful) relationship with yourself, or use an attachment-informed lens to focus on partnerships and romantic relationships, I can help you relate to yourself and others with more success, awareness, and self-compassion.
I believe you already have all the keys for healing; I can help you find and open those doors within.
Meaningful and trauma-informed change happens through understanding and accepting our own parts. I use an IFS (internal family systems) lens to help you know, accept, and even love every part of you. After all, there truly are no bad parts, just parts that are fervently trying to help you, but using outdated and unhelpful methods.
I also use an IFS lens to help people in romantic relationships understand how to communicate and love each other better. So often the partners we choose trigger deep wounds that have been around a long time. I can help you begin to heal those relational traumas, so your partnership(s) can grow in health, love, and support.
Who I work with: romantic relationships of all configurations (including monogamy and ethical nonmonogamy), sex and sexuality, spiritual and religious trauma, anxiety, body image and embodiment
