Hello, my name is Sarah. Do you know that feeling of being sad or down most of the time? Or feeling so anxious and you’re not even sure why? I know I do, I think most of us have from time to time. I’m here to work collaboratively with you to start making the changes in your thoughts and behaviors that will allow you to feel relief and be present for yourself.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. I’ve had the privilege of working with adults of all ages who are struggling to find balance and stability within themselves and their relationships. My treatment modality includes drawing from mindfulness-based techniques as well as advanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches. We will work to expose and challenge your unhealthy or negative thoughts in order to get you feeling better, fast! Through incorporating psychotherapy homework into your week, you will learn how to improve your mood without my help.

My specialties include Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, various types of Anxiety, Sadness/ Depression, Communication problems, and Relationship concerns. I am also passionate working with individuals a part of the LGBTQ+ community who have experienced discrimination, rejection, and labeling. I deeply care about providing an inclusive space for you to receive help and support.

I believe our emotions show awesome and wonderful qualities about ourselves that I hope to uncover with you. I look forward to meeting you and getting started.
