Is anxiety or depression getting in the way of the life that you want to lead? Do you want to move towards independence but feel confused or overwhelmed? Are you questioning your sexuality or gender identity? I am here to help. I offer a calming, nonjudgmental presence providing support and helping you to learn new ways of overcoming the difficulties that you face.
My approach is client-centered and I am continually impressed with the strength and resilience of the clients that I work with. I work with adults (18 and up) but particularly enjoy working with young adults transitioning to independence and LGBTQIA people.
It can be frightening to reach out for assistance, especially if you have not been in therapy before. I have been told by past clients that my calm demeanor and gentle approach have helped them to overcome their reservations and fully engage in the healing process.
