A lot of college students feel like they should have everything figured out by now. The truth is, most people don’t.
College can bring a lot of pressure, academically, socially, and personally. You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck in overthinking, navigating relationship challenges, or questioning your direction and what comes next.
Many students I work with come to therapy because something in their life just doesn’t feel quite right. Sometimes that means exploring stress happening right now, and other times it means getting curious about past experiences or childhood dynamics that may still be shaping patterns in relationships, self-confidence, or the way you handle difficult emotions.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in helping you better understand yourself while also building practical tools to manage stress and feel steadier. Therapy with me doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly clinical; humor, swearing, and showing up as your real self are all welcome here.
You don’t have to sort everything out on your own.
