Welcome, I offer online and in person therapy through Behavioral Health Care Consultants P.C. located in Lancaster PA. Therapy can be intimidating; my goal is to help you feel comfortable and supported as we work together to achieve your goals. You have already started your journal by reaching out to someone. I work best with clients ages 18+ who are looking for a therapist to support them in times of change, identity exploration, loss and more. I've worked well with clients from all backgrounds, faith/spirituality, gender and sexualities. I offer a safe, supportive, trauma informed and affirming environment.
