Sarah Kelsik
Being a successful and happy person hinges on one’s ability to respond to and navigate through experiences and changes in our lives, whether these are predictable life stages or more unexpected events or obstacles. My role as your therapist is to help you identify your own unique path and to learn how to accept, cope with and heal from whatever difficulties that path brings. My clients experience me as a “real” person- open and approachable, genuinely interested in their stories, and able to laugh and find humor in everyday situations. I specialize in treating teens and young adults, particularly those with anxiety, depression including self-harm behavior, performance anxiety (academic, sports, theatrical/art) and identity development issues. I offer free initial consultation to determine if I am the right therapist for you.
