“You don’t have to have it all figured out to move forward. Sometimes, healing begins the moment you decide to give yourself a chance.”
Therapy is not just about identifying or correcting what’s “wrong”—it’s about rediscovering strengths that are already within you. While we may explore the pain, trauma, and roadblocks of your past and present, we will also work together on identifying what’s working, nurturing your strengths, and helping you build a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are.
As a clinician, I work from a place of deep empathy, lived experience, and belief in the resilience of the human spirit. My approach is collaborative, non-judgmental, and centered on you as the expert of your own story. I bring a diverse clinical background across mental and behavioral health settings—ranging from inpatient work to community-based care coordination—and I’m passionate about making healing accessible, practical, and rooted in real life. My role is to help you get clear on your goals, discover what’s already working (even if it doesn’t feel like it yet), and explore new ways to respond to the challenges you’re facing.
I use an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices such as DBT, CBT, ACT, and internal family systems, all within a trauma informed approach. I tailor sessions to the individual in front of me—because I know there’s no linear path to healing. Whether you’re navigating trauma, depression, anxiety, shame, life transitions, chronic stress, or simply feeling stuck; our work together will honor where you’ve been while helping you reimagine where you’re going.
I specialize in working with adolescents and adults, and I have a special interest in helping those going through personal reinvention, major life transitions, or feeling overwhelmed by their roles and expectations. I hold space for those who may be struggling with self-esteem, burnout, interpersonal conflict, or simply trying to figure out who they are in a world that doesn’t always make that easy. I am a passionate advocate for maintaining recovery from substance use and eating disorders.
I am an LGBTQ+ and gender-affirming therapist, and I strive to provide culturally responsive, anti-oppressive care rooted in social justice. I understand the importance of autonomy and authenticity, especially for those who have felt misunderstood or unseen.
My goal is to create a space where you feel safe to show up as your full self—messy, uncertain, brilliant, and worthy of healing.
