Sarah Griffes
Partners, siblings, children, friends, relationships of all kinds are an important part of your daily life. When problems arise, it can impact every part of your well-being. New problems can throw everything off balance while long-term issues may leave you feeling like things might never get better. Disconnection, negative communication, conflict, self-doubt, infidelity, sex problems, and other issues are difficult for anyone. Whether you are working on your relationship with your partner, your family, others in your life, or yourself, there is still hope for change.
In my work with couples, families, and individuals, I attune to the unique set of identities and lived experiences that each person brings. I help my clients learn, grow, and heal from past experiences and current circumstances. I collaborate with clients in discovering new ways of being more in-tune with themselves and the people around them.
Starting therapy can be challenging and uncomfortable. I aim to create a safe, inclusive environment for all people that enter my room while helping each work toward their therapeutic goals. Give me a call or send me an email so that we can connect and discuss what brings you to therapy. I look forward to being a part of your journey.
