Sarah Gonzalez
Establishing a strong working relationship is essential to positive therapeutic outcomes. I firmly believe that therapy works best when you match well on a personal level.
Adjusting to college is hard. There's a lot of pressure to do well academically, socially, personally...and it can be helpful to have an unbiased person to vent to and talk about what you're struggling with.
I specialize in treating individuals struggling with primary and secondary trauma. I use a multifaceted approach to therapy to meet my clients where they are and to suit their individual needs, whether trauma is a main focus or not.
