Sarah F. O'Brien, LCSW LLC; Thrive & Shine Counseling
My belief for therapy is that everyone has a life in mind, a way they want to be, a way they want to live. Sometimes there are barriers or difficulties along the journey to becoming our ideal self. I want to work with you as you navigate these struggles. My goal is to create a safe place for you to be open, explore yourself, learn, grow and, most importantly, heal. I use a variety of techniques that will help guide our work together.
I love working with college students, as most are experiencing new things, relationships, transitions, and a unique set of challenges and struggles. I love working with students who are committed to therapy, attend regular appointments, and adhere to policies for the practice. I'm here to help and support you in your journey!
