My name is Sarah and I am a licensed clinical social worker in Colorado. I help a wide range of students who struggle with anxiety, depression, self-harm and other trauma related symptoms.
I am also here to help you through the pressures and obstacles associated with school and becoming an adult.
Not everything needs to be diagnosed! Sometimes, we just need someone who can help us navigate through challenges and feelings of loneliness or low self-esteem. There is no reason to feel like you need to go through this alone.
