Sarah Crowgey, LMSW is a strength-based clinical social worker with a wealth of professional experience. She has worked with the child welfare system, community mental health organizations, and in-home mental health services. Sarah uses a CBT approach as well as other therapeutic modalities. She works with individuals assisting them in developing personal therapeutic goals, identifying feelings and behaviors, challenging thoughts and strengthening coping tools.
Sarah has experience working with a wide range of mental health diagnoses. Sarah holds a certification in providing Cognitive Processing Therapy for PTSD as well as working with individuals adjusting to life stressors, anxiety, depression and various other symptoms that arise.
