Hey! I'm Sarah. Sometimes life is just hard and messy and you need somewhere to talk about it. Sometimes it gets a bit more intense and you really need someone to problem-solve with. I get it, trust me. I have been working in the college and university setting since 2017 and absolutely love being in it with y'all.

I work with all kinds of people including LGBTQIA+ and AAPI students, people looking for a faith-based or Christian counselor, people going through any sort of stress and adjustment, eating disorders, and mood and personality disorders. I'm a pretty open person, so if you're looking for connection with a therapist, I feel you can find it here.

Reach out and let's connect! We may just be a good fit!
