Great to meet you!
I’m Sarah, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. Throughout my career, I’ve specialized in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, Perinatal Mood and Anxiety Disorder Treatment, and Trauma Recovery. As a bilingual English and Spanish speaker, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse communities and backgrounds, in particular, women who are feeling overwhelmed, unseen, overworked, and stretched thin.

I’ve worked with many women often navigating the complexities of balancing their families with their careers, and I understand the web of challenges that impact, influence, and sometimes impair us. Whether it's cultural, socioeconomic, or the daily pressures of life, I’m here to help guide you through these struggles, find clarity, and reclaim your sense of self and purpose. My passion lies in supporting women in building meaningful connections, finding a sense of belonging, and self while showing up in their lives in an authentic way.

A bit about my approach to therapy
In our sessions, we'll go at your pace, building a relationship that’s rooted in trust and understanding. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe and unjudged—one where you can explore your true feelings and discover new ways to interact with yourself. Together, we’ll uncover the paths that feel right for you and let you embrace them with confidence.

What you can expect from our first session
The outcome? You'll find new possibilities and paths forward—options that may have always been inside of you, just waiting to be seen. Throughout the journey, I’ll be right there, supporting you every step of the way.
