Starting therapy is a personal decision, and it often comes with a mix of emotions, uncertainty, hope, and maybe some hesitation. I want to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up just as you are.

My work is grounded in the belief that the therapeutic relationship itself is one of the most meaningful parts of the healing process. I care deeply about what it's like to be in your shoes, and I approach therapy with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine respect for your experience. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and feeling disconnected in their relationships or from themselves.

Together, we explore what’s beneath the surface, whether that's unhelpful patterns, old wounds, or a sense that something just isn’t working anymore. I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I work to understand what feels supportive for you and adapt our work as your needs evolve.

Whether we're focusing on processing emotions, increasing self-understanding, or making meaningful changes, my goal is for you to feel met with care and consistency each step of the way.
