I create a safe space for individuals and couples to explore their current and past relationships and link common experiences over time. My goal is for clients to find acceptance in the present while confronting behaviors and thought patterns that are not working for them. I believe that every person is capable of change and I want to help guide my clients through their struggles to a healthier life.
