Hi, I’m Sarah. I’m a psychotherapist based in Durango, Colorado, offering both in-person and online therapy for adults who are seeking personal growth, reconnection, and a deeper sense of belonging—to self, others, and the natural world. I work with individuals and groups navigating life transitions, perfectionism, anxiety, and attachment wounds. Many of the people I work with feel called toward therapy that is experiential, relational, and different from talk therapy alone.

My work is rooted in the study of attachment and human development, and shaped by years of training in nature-based and equine-assisted psychotherapy. I draw on a holistic, relational approach that honors the intelligence of the body, the nervous system, and nature’s rhythms. Our work together will support you in re-sensitizing to your inner experience, reconnecting with your innate wisdom, and restoring your sense of vitality and belonging.
