Life can often feel overwhelming, especially if you're in the LGBTQ+ community. Whether you're struggling with the weight of anxiety, the challenges of navigating neurodiversity, or embracing & celebrating your identity in this misunderstanding world, I’m here to support you. You deserve a space where your identity is fully acknowledged, respected, & celebrated. I'm excited to meet you and explore your strengths, identify obstacles, and develop strategies that empower you to lead a fulfilling and meaningful life.
To introduce myself and provide background, I've been a therapist and social worker for over 20 years. I've had the utmost privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, primarily specializing in ADHD, anxiety, and LGBTQ+ concerns. I help my clients navigate depression, anger and stress management, life transitions, grief, and parenting support
If you'd like therapy to feel like catching up with a trusted friend, I'm so glad you found me. My clients often share that they feel deeply cared for and supported in our sessions, as though they can finally exhale and be their true selves. Let’s begin this journey together—one of understanding, growth, and transformation.
