I specialize in helping people who struggle anxiety, "people-pleasing," and those of transgender and gender non-conforming identity. If you're trapped in a cycle of self-doubt, overwhelm, hiding, or shame - I am honored to hold space for you!

I have helped many folks reconnect with themselves and find peace amidst anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, relational trauma, insecurity, difficulty setting boundaries, and gender identity questions and transition.

It is possible to feel grounded, empowered, and secure as you move through the world. Through holistic therapy modalities, I support clients to live authentic and vibrant lives that are truly and wholly their own.
