Sarah Bellows

Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 17 days ago

I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist who enjoys working with adults of all ages. I work with people seeking treatment for depression or anxiety, people going through life transitions, work stress or conflict, relationship issues, or people seeking to deepen their understanding of themselves.

I view therapy as a collaborative process, and aim to create a safe, nonjudgmental space to understand the reasons you are seeking treatment, and to explore patterns, blocks, and conflicts as they emerge. I believe the therapeutic relationship can provide deep and meaningful change over time.

I am happy to set up a free consultation via phone or video to discuss working together.
