As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker practicing in North Carolina, I am committed to supporting individuals through a client-centered approach that respects and honors each person’s unique experiences and goals. I believe that within everyone lies the innate potential for healing and growth, and my role is to provide compassionate, tailored support to help you access those inner resources.

My approach to therapy is flexible and integrative, drawing from evidence-based practices such as Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Mindfulness and Somatic Therapies, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work collaboratively to identify your priorities and design a treatment plan that aligns with your strengths, needs, and aspirations.

I focus on creating a calm, safe environment to foster reflection and ease during our sessions. I am attentive to your communication style and will adapt as needed to ensure that you feel heard, understood, and supported. My ultimate goal is to empower you in your healing journey and help you develop practical skills to manage distress and clarify your path toward a more meaningful, fulfilling life.
