Sara White
Hi, my name is Sara! I work primarily with college students, teens, the LGBTQIA+ community, and the neurodiverse community, including Autistic people and ADHDers. If you're feeling like you don't fit in, or if you're struggling to connect - with the world, with others, or even with yourself - you've come to the right place. If you've ever struggled with perfectionism, or felt like life has no meaning - I've been there and I want to help. I have lived experience as a queer, neurodivergent woman, and I'm passionate about giving back to my communities, but I welcome clients from all walks of life - let's learn from each other! I also know how hard college can be, and want to help you navigate this exciting (and sometimes terrifying!) transition.
I have experience working with a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism, self-esteem, transition issues, and identity issues. I strive to honor your lived experience, and pride myself on being Neurodivergent-, LGBTQIA+-, and disability-affirming. I believe in body positivity, no matter your size, and am sex-positive
I want to help you become the most authentic version of yourself as possible. With me, you'll learn how to love yourself more, how to exist in a world that may not be built for you. My office is a safe, affirming space for you to learn, grow, and realize your potential. If you think we may be a good fit, please contact me to set up a free consultation call!
I see clients in person at my office in Orlando. I am not currently accepting virtual clients.
