Clinical Social Work/Therapist, LCSW
Accepting clients Last Updated 5 days ago

I am a licensed clinical social worker with 10+ years providing treatment to young adults coping with transitions. College is a time where you will experience lots of changes. While it can be a really exciting, all of these changes can be stressful and at times really challenging to navigate. If you're feeling depressed, anxious, unmotivated, or lonely, therapy can help you find a place to voice your feelings and identify steps to help you as you navigate college.

I offer a warm and empathic approach focused on making you feel heard, seen, and supported. My practice is eclectic where I integrate techniques from several modalities to fit my clients and their unique needs. I am passionate about providing therapy to my clients and working together to help them find hope and healing. I find it one of the privileges of my life to walk with people as they navigate some of life’s hardest journeys.
