Sara Steinberg
My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and goal-focused. When you are feeling stuck, it can be difficult to make changes. I look forward to working with you to help you learn new coping skills to improve your mood and relationships, and reduce stress. I believe in taking a supportive and individualized approach to help each individual develop the tools to work towards desired goals. I have extensive training in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). I also incorporate mindfulness approaches in my work. I am offering therapy in person or telehealth.
