Are you experiencing challenges which interfere with your daily life or relationships? Do you find difficult thoughts or emotions are inhibiting you from living the life you want? My name is Sara, and I am a therapist who focuses on each person's strengths to overcome these challenges and creating lasting change. I provide therapy for adolescents, teens, and adults and specialize in providing treatment for anxiety, depression, grief or loss, challenging life transitions, or trauma.
My approach is centered around building trust while helping you to heal the past, navigate the present, and move toward a healthy future. I help individuals understand the connections between thoughts, feelings, and behavior as well as build healthy skills to cope with difficult thoughts and feelings and heal from experiences of trauma and loss.
It takes courage to seek support, and I believe everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive emotionally and mentally.
I encourage all prospective clients to reach out and schedule a free 15-minute consultation with me to determine if I am a suitable match for your therapy needs. I look forward to speaking with you soon.
