I’m Sara, a Marriage and Family Therapist that enjoys working with clients on self-esteem, body image, anxiety, relationship/dating concerns, family concerns, LGBTQIA+ and identity, and life transitions. I take a direct, yet compassionate and warm approach, and love to throw in humor as well. As a Gen Zer myself, I understand the societal pressures and unique experiences of Gen Z.
